FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is Pressure?

Pressure is an iPhone app for practicing spoken answers under pressure. You hear a prompt, answer out loud, and get feedback on where your delivery broke down.

Can Pressure help me stop rambling in interviews?

Yes. Pressure helps you practice giving shorter, clearer answers before the real interview. It can call out long starts, over-explaining, filler words, hedging, and whether your answer landed.

Can Pressure help me think on my feet in meetings?

Yes. Pressure is built for moments where you know what you mean, but need to say it clearly when the room turns to you.

Is this only for interviews?

No. Interviews are one use case. Pressure is also for meetings, presentations, Q&A, pushback, hard questions, and hard conversations.

What does Pressure give feedback on?

Pressure gives feedback on filler words, hedging, long starts, rambling, unclear choices, and whether your answer landed.

Can I practice presentation Q&A?

Yes. Pressure is a good fit for practicing the questions after a presentation, especially when you need to answer clearly without freezing or over-explaining.

Does Pressure use AI?

Yes. Pressure uses AI to support transcription, speech, and feedback inside a structured speaking workout. It is not a generic chatbot.

Is Pressure a live meeting or interview assistant?

No. Pressure is for practice before the real moment. It does not listen in on live meetings or help you during a real interview.

What happens to my recordings or transcripts?

Pressure is designed around short practice reps. Some app features send audio or text to backend and AI services to generate transcription, speech, and feedback. Training history is stored mostly on your device. Optional feedback you choose to send may be stored separately so we can improve the app.
